The food is very good and the prices are very reasonable. The menu is varied with many options. The restaurant is large with many tables, air conditioning, and private security. The parking lot is small, but there is space on the street. The drive-thru works well, but you have to arrive early during peak hours. You can pay in cash or by credit or debit card. The staff is friendly and efficient. Obviously, there are occasional inconveniences, as everywhere. The only drawback is that if you arrive very early at the drive-thru and order a whole fried chicken, they almost always tell you that you have to get a mixed bag: fried chicken and roasted chicken. They've never explained why. If I want fried chicken, give it to me; if I want roasted chicken, give it to me.

Terrible air-conditioned areas, the service is poor, they cannot keep up with demand, especially on weekends.
