The food wasn't bad, but I don't agree with the mistreatment of the staff, they should eat before the customers arrive, they don't have an area for them, they eat at the tables, that's why they eat when no one is looking, I mean, you don't have lunch at noon, it should be almost breakfast, inside the kitchen there isn't even a stool to sit on, they spend the whole day standing, even if it's full or empty, if you work night shifts they have to figure out how to leave, there is no route and the pay is low, they are not fair with the employees, some do much more than others, they say they support inclusion and do not tolerate young people with any disability, they have no love or patience, barely anyone who is deaf, just to comply with inclusion, I do not like places that exploit their workers, it is cruel

Food was delicious but service was terrible. They charged me $31 when it should’ve been around $12. I had the basic 3 chix and 3 beef tacos.

I used to be a TacoStop customer but they have lowered the quality so much that I decided to post this review. The food now is a mess compared to what it was before, the soup is cold, super spicy and without any flavor or chicken. Avoid going to Guacala at all costs.
