I ordered a combo with a burrito, taco, and fries. The burrito alone was good. The fries were soggy and cold. The cheese on the taco was cold.

Very disappointed. I know of Taco Bell in other countries but this particular one is the exception. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTENTIONnnThe cashier was very rude. It has no empathy to serve tourists, being a tourist area.nThe staff in general was very disorderly and the supervisor, instead of putting order, did nothing. All customers waiting more than 40 minutes for our orders while they laugh instead of looking for solutions.nI wouldn't go back. The beautiful view of the place is damaged by this poor attention.

The people serving are very rude. We speak Spanish and we tried to order as best as possible but when trying to communicate they had no patience. Rio is extremely touristy, you should not work in customer service if you do not know how to handle these situations
