We ordered takeout, and the chicken arrived burnt, the potatoes weren't fresh, and the rice wasn't tasty. The food was average. We had been in person and it wasn't tasty either, but we thought we'd give this place another try, but we definitely won't be returning.

You order fried chicken without enough potatoes, you buy rice that comes with shrimp without the shrimp for 97 thousand, what a rip-off!!!

Terrible, the service was take away, I told him the location and he had no idea it was super close and he raised his voice at me. The lady who helped me had no idea about customer service, she didn't explain anything, she didn't pay attention and the charge was exaggeratedly expensive for the quality, what's more, the virtual menu gives a completely different price than the one they charge. The order arrived wrong, I told her that two 400 ml Pepsi sodas and I sent two Colombian ones, the food did not come labeled literally I had to tear the burritos apart to know what it was (they could write what it is on the top of the container) and it was also made clear to her more than twice that I was going to pay with a 100 thousand bill, so that she could bring the change, but the lady could not communicate that to the poor domiciliary either. As I informed the domiciliary, it is completely the fault of the person receiving the order, they sent the order incorrectly and of poor quality, the only good thing was the kindness of the domiciliary.
