First of all, congratulations on capturing the essence and flavor of true Mexican comedy.nMy partner and I were staying at Hostal Cosmo (excellent, by the way) and walked past La Calaca. The day we arrived in El Bolsón, the place was closed, so we returned the next day.nThey have dishes that other places don't usually have, and above all, they have a true Mexican flavor.nWe ordered chorizo pambazo with potatoes, tortilla chips, and salsa macha, which were delicious.nThe next day we returned and ordered carnitas tacos and chilaquiles.nWe enjoyed all of this to the tune of Chavela Vargas, and it was truly a 10.nThe orange and Tajín detail was brilliant.nEverything is truly delicious; you can fully experience the Mexican experience here.nThe guy who serves is very friendly.nThey have a great location.nThe place is decorated with 100% Mexican decor.nI would always come back.nI highly recommend this place.nWe loved it.
