The WORST customer service experience I've ever had was at this restaurant. I invited my two sisters to eat here because I really liked the food there when I went there before...nn1. We were served by a condescending guy at the register who looked down on us.nn2. At the restaurant across from the main location, which was completely empty, we were made to wait 40 minutes for an order for three people.nn3. Later, more people arrived and the place filled up, but they quickly gave priority to their orders.nn4. We complained to the employees about why the food wasn't ready, and they ignored us as if we were begging.nn5. We decided to cancel the order and demand a refund, but in return, we were treated poorly by the person who issued the refund, telling us we'd better leave.nnMy conclusions:nEmployees who earn minimal wages are classist toward customers, judging by how they view them. It's immoral and repugnant that people like this still exist. Terrible service.

The customer service at the 82nd Street location is terrible: cold food, dirty dishes, and terrible cleanliness. Dirty dishes and even the chopsticks holders are dirty.

What intrigues me about these tacos is that the tortilla does taste like the original Mexican tortillas. That characteristic taste/smell. Very delicious!

The carnitas donkeys have no flavor, the chorizo taco is overly salty, the chicken taco is edible, the pork al pastor taco is delicious, the service is poor. We arrived at the place and 5 minutes later they told us that we had to order first and pay, I would not return.
