Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a pleasant evening turned into a disappointing one. On a quiet, cold Sunday, my family and I went to the restaurant. We were welcomed and accommodated. Everything was fine, but the order is made via the app within the establishment itself. The service was also interesting, but because it was an all-you-can-eat buffet, the food took a long time to arrive. We placed our first order at 9:25 PM, with starters, Mexican starters, and burgers. After 10 minutes, a single plate arrived with some fried food, which we quickly consumed. After waiting about another 20 minutes, some burgers we ordered arrived. The Mexican starters arrived at 10:28 PM, more than 40 minutes after we ordered. Remembering that the place is called an all-you-can-eat buffet, and has a price that matches the name, but the service was far from it. The worst part was that as soon as they served us the starters, they came to ask us if we had any more orders because the kitchen was about to close. We had barely started eating and they were already about to close. We waited so long for the items to arrive that we didn't even have time to decide whether or not we wanted seconds. Remembering that it was an all-you-can-eat restaurant, my daughter ordered two more items from the menu. After waiting almost 20 minutes and nothing arrived, we decided to leave. They even had the nerve to add a service charge to the bill, which I obviously asked for to be removed. So, if you want to go there, I recommend going as soon as it opens and ordering everything at once. You won't get good or adequate service. The cost isn't worth it for what you get. We have no intention of returning, and it would be more honest if they removed the all-you-can-eat label, which could lead others like us to make the unfortunate mistake of eating there.

They'll try their best to cheat you out of the voucher (I read the comments here and see it's true). There aren't even 20 mini burger options. The Catupiry cheese is awful, inedible, and they don't even bother to heat the buns. The juice is frozen and poorly blended. I've never had such a bad nacho (if you can even call it a nacho), with no flavor at all, and not even the sage taco. It's not worth 20 reais. Pure marketing.nBut the meat is good, and so are the appetizers (they come cheap, so I ordered three appetizers). The waiter (Henrique) was a freelancer, and his service was excellent.
