Tasty dishes and attentive staff.

I imagine I had a bad time, which is why I'm giving this bad rating.nnI arrived with my wife, fully expecting something delicious or typical Mexican food. The waiter couldn't wait to take my order even though the place was practically empty.nnAfter we ordered, we waited and noticed other tables had been served tortilla chips, refried beans, and pickled onions, and I figured it was an appetizer you ordered yourself.nnI asked someone else what that appetizer was called so I could order it, and they told me that they hadn't ordered it at any point, and that it came as a courtesy if you ordered any other food. I realized it wasn't me who didn't get it.nnWe ordered arrachera, and they brought us another type of meat. The waiter told me that they had indeed made a mistake and that if I wanted to wait, the meal would take longer than it had in the first place.nnI had to leave more annoyed than full because the food was truly tasteless, cold, and lacked the slightest appreciation for the customer. Perhaps it was just me.nnI recently went to the one located in that plaza on Rubenia Street. After arriving, I decided never to return to this franchise.nnI didn't leave a lower rating simply because the system doesn't allow it.

Very tasty food, but I didn't like the tortilla soup.
